I stayed here for 1 night. It was incredible in the old town. Need to add that it was near to the Edinburgh Dungeon and the centre of the Royal Mile.

The location was fantastic! We were right in the heart of the old town, just off the High Street and close to the Royal Mile. It was a great base for exploring all the attractions and the vibrant atmosphere of the city. We also appreciated the flexibility of the check-in and check-out times, thanks to the helpful host. And having access to amenities like a hair dryer and toiletries was convenient.
This place was a disappointment. the apartment smelled strongly of stale smoke and everything seemed extremely dilapidated.

The location of the Historic Royal Mile Flat, just off the High Street, was perfect for exploring the heart of the old town. We were able to easily access the Royal Mile and all its attractions. One specific situation that occurred during our stay was the proximity to the Fringe Festival. We were delighted to discover that the flat was right next to a variety of Fringe Festival happenings, allowing us to experience the vibrant atmosphere of the festival without having to travel far. we had a great time exploring the city from this central location.
It is important to note that there were a few drawbacks to our stay. The unit was only accessible by stairs, which may be difficult for older or less mobile guests.

I always return to this flat because it has everything I need - a kettle, TV, express check-in, and a restaurant. The staff even helped me return my forgotten earphones. I will be back for my next trip.

the host was nice and I appreciated the little extras provided like tea/coffee/salt&pepper/oil. The property was great if you're not planning on spending too much time there. Cons: Nothing not to love! .
